From engineering to key account management – when two worlds come together

I joined PREIS in 2021 as a technical draughtsman and project planner. The company has given me the opportunity to broaden my business skills – including by studying for a degree in Industrial Engineering.

I joined PREIS in 2021 with a strong technical foundation from my previous role as a technical draftsman and project planner.

At PREIS, I was given the opportunity to systematically further develop my profile with commercial expertise, including through a two-year degree program in industrial engineering and management.

Especially in our technical environment, this understanding of both worlds is a real advantage—whether in project execution, customer communication, or technical matters.

Today, I work as a Key Account Manager at PREIS and support several of our major customers.

In my role, I can contribute both my technical expertise and my commercial know-how—with the goal of building long-term partnerships and developing customized solutions for our customers.

In short: I work at the intersection of engineering and business—and that is exactly what makes my job at PREIS so exciting.

» I started in the back office in 2009 and was given the opportunity to take over purchasing as the company grew. Since 2019, I have worked in internal sales for steel construction and coordinate with customers as well as our plants in Slovenia and Bosnia. «
