About Your Job at PREIS:
As an HR professional, you have learned and applied everything required for human resources management in a medium-sized company. Now you are ready to take the next step. After successfully taking over the operational and strategic HR responsibilities for our company, you will, in the medium term, also assume the responsibilities of a CHRO for the PREIS Group. You will be optimally guided and supported throughout this development process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operational leadership and management of the entire HR function – as a one-person HR department – for a company with approx. 50 employees (external payroll accounting)
- Medium term: leadership of strategic HR management for the PREIS Group (approx. 1,000 employees at 5 locations in 4 countries)
Your Profile:
- Relevant subject-specific university degree and additional training/qualifications
- Professionally confident in all operational and strategic tasks required by modern HR management
- Motivated and talented enough to lead the strategic HR management of the PREIS Group in the medium term

The gross monthly salary starts at a minimum of EUR 4,500 on a full-time basis and will be agreed with you at a market-appropriate level depending on qualifications and professional experience.
