About Your Job at PREIS:
As an HR professional, you have learned and implemented everything required for the human resources function of a medium-sized company. Now you are ready for the next step. After successfully taking over the operational and strategic HR responsibilities for our company, you will, in the medium term, additionally assume the responsibilities of a CHRO for the PREIS Group. You will be optimally guided and supported throughout this development process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operational management and support of the entire HR function – as a one-person HR role – for a company with approx. 50 employees (payroll accounting outsourced)
- Medium term: management of strategic HR management for the PREIS Group (approx. 1,000 employees at 5 locations in 4 countries)
Your Profile:
- Suitable subject-specific university degree and supplementary training
- Strong professional expertise in all operational and strategic tasks required by modern HR management
- Motivated and talented enough to lead the PREIS Group’s strategic HR management in the medium term

The gross monthly salary to start is at least €4,500 based on full-time employment and will be agreed with you at a market-appropriate level, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
