One basic tool are development talks with our employees which are held regularly and lead to individually defined learning and development goals.
We offer learning & development programs locally and on group level. Bigger learning steps, e.g. extra-occupational studies, are supported and assisted professionally. We engage in local learning communities and, by doing so, facilitate our employees the approach to local learning offers.
Our leaders and experts participate in a cross-border management development program. This program gives opportunity to further development of their leadership skills and brings necessary expert knowledge up to date.
